Yes! The ingredients are trusted which we’re incredibly confident about. There are three oils we’ve included to help you achieve beautiful hair: Pure Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Argan Oil. These oils have had a long history of use in several different cultures for hundreds/thousands of years (i.e. Ancient Egypt, Native American tribes, Moroccan culture). The amazing effects that these oils have when combined promote healthy hair, improved appearance and reduced incidence of hair loss and ultimately create thicker, fuller hair.

Purchasing from Beyond beard

You can simply add the products to the cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button on our website. You can also drop a message on our WhatsApp. We’ll need your name, Contact Number, email address, and delivery address. Our Customer Care team will confirm your order.

We are not offering discounts or coupon codes to individuals, but our products are currently discounted. Please move fast and order the products.

The standard delivery charge is 249 Pkr. You can get free delivery when you order either of the two products on our website.

You can track your order by clicking www.beyondbeard.com/pages/track-your-order. Just write down your Order ID and the email address, and you will know where your products are right now.

In major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad, it takes 4-5 business days, and in other cities it takes 5-7 business days.

Order Issues

Firstly, check your email address and the contact number you provided when ordering. Sometimes the confirmation emails go to the junk or spam folder. Please check those also. Please contact us if you are still unable to locate the order confirmation email. We'll assist you in finding it.

A confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address or mobile number you provided when ordering from our website. In this email, the unique order ID, product listing, product price, and estimated delivery time are mentioned.

Really sorry if you received the damaged products. Please let us know within 2-3 days of receiving the order & Please send us your order number and a clear image of the damaged product so we can improve our packaging for the future.

Please share your order slip and clear images of the items you received so we can improve it for next time. Please use the same email address for your complaint that you used when ordering.

Order Amends & Cancellation

Yes, you can change your delivery address before the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will not be able to change your delivery address. For cancelling and changing the order before dispatching, please get in touch with us at support@beyondbeard.com or WhatsApp at +92-348-70-555-70

Yes, you can change the items in your order. However, this will not be possible if the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellation and order amendments, please get in touch with our customer care at support@beyondbeard.com or via WhatsApp at +92-348-70-555-70. We would love to help you.

Delivery & Return Info

Three delivery attempts will be made by our courier partners. If they failed to deliver the order within a day, they may try again the next day, not the same day.

We try our best to deliver the item within the estimated time we have given you. But it can be delayed for several reasons, such as courier congestion or road blockages due to political issues. However, we will provide all necessary support in case an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

My Account

No, you do not need an account to purchase items from our website. However, setting up the account saves you time from entering the details every time you order items, and it also saves your previous purchase history.

It’s simple to sign up with Beyond Beard. If you go through the following process, you will be able to set up an account:

  • Click on the ‘User’ sign
  • On the Customer Login screen, click the ‘Create an Account’ tab.
  • Enter your name and other information on the account setup page.
  • Use the account creation link (‘Create an Account’ tab).

 

Log in and click ‘My Account’. You can always modify/update them in your account and save that information for future orders. If your order is confirmed, you can change your delivery address before the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will not be able to change your delivery address.
