SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal at Beyond Beard is to deliver our products to your door in a convenient and safe manner. We work exclusively with trusted logistics providers to ensure your packages are delivered accurately and on time throughout all regions in Pakistan.

 

SHIPPING HUB

 

Your orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Khanpur. The packages are being held for 24 hours after they have been handed over to trusted logistics providers to ensure your packages are delivered accurately and on time across all regions of Pakistan.

 

SHIPPING COST

 

We offer free shipping on orders of two or more products anywhere in Pakistan.

Note: There is a Rs. 249 shipping fee that applies to orders under Rs. 1,999.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

 

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad): 4–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 business days

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order by clicking TRACK MY ORDER. Just write down your Order ID and the email address, and you will know where your products are right now. You will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched.

 

 Delivery Details  

 

  • Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Beyond Beard cannot be held accountable for packages delivered to an incorrect address or for any damage incurred after delivery.
  • Please report issues related to missing items or damage on the day the package arrives.
  • Please get in touch with us within 24 hours if you did not receive your package, but it was marked as "Delivered".

 

FAQs

 

If I'm not available to accept my order, how many times will the courier try to deliver it?

 

Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts. If they failed to deliver the order within a day, they may try again the next day, not the same day.

 

What could be the reasons for the delayed delivery of my order?

 

We try our best to deliver the item within the estimated time we have given you. But it can be delayed for several reasons, such as courier congestion or road blockages due to political issues. However, we will provide all necessary support in case an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

What should I do if my order is delayed?

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Beyond Beard offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

 

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The seal of each product must be intact.
  • The packaging must not be tampered with

Note: Items purchased during sales are not eligible for exchange or return unless the product received does not match what you ordered.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  1. Please email us at support@beyondbeard.com or register a complaint at Register a Complaint.
  2. The email or complaint should include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to: Beyond Beard, “Satellite Town Block 'C', behind Central Public School Khanpur, District Rahim Yar Khan”.
  4. We will send your replacement item to your address.
  5. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges for the replacement shipment.

                                    RETURN POLICY

Beyond Beard will provide a full refund (via credit voucher) or replacement for any goods that are faulty or damaged.

 

You may return the product or products for a refund if you decide to change your mind about your purchase under the following circumstances: 

  • It must be unopened and in their original condition 
  • Items must be returned within seven days of arrival
  • The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order details

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Contact us with details about the issue. While evidence is helpful, we trust our customers and want to understand what went wrong.
  2. Please email us at support@beyondbeard.com or register a complaint at Register a Complaint.
  3. The email or complaint should include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
  4. Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to: Beyond Beard,  “Satellite Town Block 'C', behind Central Public School Khanpur, District Rahim Yar Khan”.
  5. Upon receiving your return, we will issue a coupon for the same amount as the value of your returned item.
  6. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges for the return shipment.
