PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS

 

We are selling our products in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and can update the prices at any time. We may change or discontinue the Service (or any aspect or feature included in it) at our sole discretion. You or any third party will not be entitled to any form of amendment, reduction or termination of the Service.

 

We accept any of the following payments:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For domestic orders in Pakistan.
  • Bank Transfer: Necessary for various orders and for large orders.
  • Advance Payment Policy: An order above PKR 3,000 will be further verified, and confirmation will be made by telephone. To process the order further, some customers will be required to pay a percentage of the total order amount in advance. It is within our discretion to prevent fraudulent orders and ensure their authenticity.

 

TAKING THE DELIVERIES AND ISSUING THE PURCHASE ORDERS

 

Once you place an order online, you will receive a notification on the site and in your email account, both of which will be Order Confirmations. Each Order Confirmation shall bear an Order Confirmation Number, which shall be quoted on any written communication to us.

 

You should also contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive an Order Confirmation within a reasonable period, so that we can determine the status of your order. We will validate your order confirmation once we confirm that it has been placed. You can place a new order online if we assure you that we have not received the order.

 

We can refuse any order at any time. We may limit or reduce, at will, the quantity bought by the head of the household, the family, or the order. This is because such limits can apply to orders placed with the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or the same billing and/or shipping address.

 

In the case of a change of order (or cancellation of order), we will strive to contact you with the same by calling on the email and/or billing address/phone during the order placement.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Domestic Orders: We will deliver in Pakistan. Delivery time varies depending on your location and product availability. When the order is placed or confirmed, the estimated delivery time will be communicated.

 

We also have separate documents on Shipping and Return Policies that are not exhaustive; we provide more details on how to return products, which goods are eligible, timeframes, when refunds are processed and in what order, and the conditions.

Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016:

Any violation of PECA 2016 will constitute an offence and may result in your prosecution under Pakistani law and in your being denied access to our services.
